Should you experience any issue with your purchase, we offer a one year guarantee (starting from the purchase date) for this item of any defect under normal use. Items will be repaired or replaced with the same or a similar item only. The item must be returned in satisfactory condition and must present that our suggested care was observed by the customer. Please contact us at returns@hashtaghooker.com to register and authorize your return (RA). Please note that it is at the company's discretion to oblige to this guarantee if the item is not in satisfactory condition. Sorry there are no refunds in accordance to this product guarantee.
