WE OFFER FREE RETURN SHIPPING TO ALL OUR FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS *

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR US AND CANADA:
We have a 30-day return or exchange policy (starting from the purchase date). Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It MUST be returned with ALL its original packaging.
We accept returns on products purchased through a third party with proof of purchase. Please contact us for details.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY ON UNDERWEAR AND SWIMWEAR:
To respect your health and that of others, we cannot accept returns or refunds on underwear and swimwear (for obvious reasons!) that are not with ALL its original packaging. We will honor a one-time upgrade or downgrade size exchange. It will be at the discretion of our management to honor and approve such exchanges. All returned items must be in its original condition and accompanied by ALL its original packaging. Please communicate your concerns to our Returns department at returns@hashtaghooker.com.
REFUNDS AND CREDITS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund or credit. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank it may take longer.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days of our confirmation, please first inquire with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Often, there is some processing time before a refund is posted. If you are not able to settle this with your bank, please contact us at returns@hashtaghooker.com so we may help investigate.
SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sale or marked down items are final sale. Defective or damaged items (not caused by the customer) are exempt.
CUSTOM ITEMS:
Because Made To Order items are personalized for each customer and specifically customized for each order, all items are final sale. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on any Custom Made To Order product. No exceptions.
EXCHANGES:
We only replace defective or damaged items for the same or similar item. If you would like to make an exchange, please send us an email at returns@hashtaghooker.com to attain a Return Authorization (RA) with your instructions on returning the item to us.
GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased on our website and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you. Any returned items must be unused and unworn and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items from a gift recipient if the item was not shipped directly to the recipient. We do not accept third party returns. In this case, if the item must be returned, the original purchaser must request and process the return. We can only process the return through the original purchaser and credit the original method of payment for the item.
RETURN SHIPPING FOR US AND CANADA:
After you receive a Return Authorization (RA), you will receive a return shipping label. Please use this label to ship the item back to us, taking the parcel to the designated shipper. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will incur the cost of return shipping for the first time exchange only. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We honor a grace period of 60 days (from the purchase date) for returns or exchanges on international orders. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after 60 days. Sorry we can only accept returns of products purchased through our website. We cannot accept returns on products purchased through an international third party at this time.
