All orders are processed within one business day and shipped directly from our distribution center in Los Angeles, California not too far from where our products are made. Please note our Processing Department does observe all U.S. national and bank holidays.

SHIPPING COSTS: 

We ship worldwide and offer various options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are determined by the country of destination, parcel weight and shipping method chosen. We offer standard and expedited shipping to most areas, with free shipping worldwide on purchases over $75 USD. To check the shipping charges that apply to your order, simply add the relevant items to your shopping cart, and go through to the checkout. At the checkout, shipping options and their associated costs will be displayed once you enter your country's shipping information. Standard shipping does not include international FedEx or UPS deliveries, local couriers, or USPS Express or Priority deliveries. While we are happy to offer free standard shipping to the vast majority of countries, we are unable to extend this offer to a small number of countries due to the additional shipping expenses associated with locations. STANDARD DELIVERY (US, CANADA, AND INTERNATIONAL):

In general, parcels take 5 to 10 business days to reach their destination. For Canada and other international regions, the Customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure. These delays can be between 4-6 weeks for most countries. Chile, Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Russia and the Netherlands can be up to 8 weeks, on very rare occasions Brazil and Portugal can take up to 10 weeks.

FEDEX, UPS, AND USPS EXPRESS AND PRIORITY MAIL:

Depending on the shipping option selected at checkout, FedEx, UPS, or USPS deliveries are expected to arrive within the quoted business days for shipment and are fully traceable via the shippers website. Links to their sites are provided below. You will need your tracking number. Please note that the estimated shipping time is guaranteed by the selected shipping company, not Hashtag Hooker. In some cases, weather or other uncontrolled factors may contribute to delays with receiving your parcel on time. Please contact your shipping company directly for information on your parcel. For international orders, deliveries are commonly assessed duties and taxes which are not covered by Hashtag Hooker. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of such taxes/duties is the responsibility of the recipient. When applicable, this will be listed as an 'Additional Postage Fee', more information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. Failure to cover these charges will result in your shipment being returned to us which incurs a high fee. Any return shipping charges under these circumstances will be your responsibility and we will notify you of such instance. By proceeding with FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express/Priority Mail services, you authorize Hashtag Hooker to charge the return fees to you.
